24 Hours Residential Care Home
Anchor & Hope Care Services provide ‘home-style’, live-in accommodation, with 24 hour-a-day staffing for its residents. Our residential care is ideal for those who would benefit from the assistance and security of a care home.

Residents are also assessed for individual one-to-one support. Their medication is managed by staff in accordance with their agreed treatment, care and support plan. Resident’s dietary needs, ethnic requirement and religious beliefs are considered with all food preparation.

Our residents are supported to make decisions about social outings and recreational activities and encouraged to participate in activities to promote their health and well-being.

Staff are provided to accompany residents to appointments and group outings to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

Individual financial management support is provided to residents who are unable to manage their finances.

A pre-admission assessment will be carried out to assess whether our services and facilities is suitable to your needs.

Emergency admissions will be accepted only in exceptional circumstances, where the health or safety of the individual is under threat, and normally only through a professional referrer such as Social Services and Care Coordinators. In this event, the suitability will be discussed with the professional referrer to ensure that the needs match the services offered, and the normal pre-admission assessment will be carried out within 48 hours of admission.

What We Do?

We offer care and support which include the following:

  • Planned care which is person centred to residents needs including attending CPA reviews.
  • Medication management which prompts compliance and help manage mental well being.
  • Prompt, encourage and assist residents to develop activities of daily living. Guidance/help in accessing and using community facilities such as shops, pubs, parks, library, church, mosque, temple, leisure centres and adult education classes etc.
  • Working with clients in setting and achieving personal goals. Use of Mental Health Recovery Star to promote choice, independence and recovery.
  • Assistance for residents to see their doctors, dentists and other health care professionals. Assistance with cooking, laundry, personal care and house keeping.

  • Working with clients in setting and achieving personal goals. This sometimes involves working closely with family and partner (where applicable)
  • Assistance is offered to give clients the skills to build an independent life in the community.
